  1. Bachelor's Degree in any major
  2. Experience min. 3 years hardware/software troubleshooting
  3. Fluent in written and spoken English
  4. Must have one year of experience developing storyboards, course content and training facilitation
  5. Must have at least one year experience in group problem solving facilitation training and process improvement
  6. Experience of working independently and as part of a team
  7. High level of professionalism
  8. Customer service acumen
  9. Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
